Japan is taking the lead in helping the nation of Myanmar overcome its economic problems.
Tokyo has already agreed to waive billions of dollars in debt, and is helping Myanmar pay back loans.
And it's expected to ask other nations to contribute - as the IMF and World Bank meet in the Japanese capital.
