Pun Hlaing Links is a master planned residential development project being implemented by the SPA Group. It is located on 350 acres of land stretched along the banks of Bago and Yangon rivers in Thanlyin Township.
The ground breaking of the links took place in early 2004 and the construction of a 18 hole golf course, club house with a restaurant, driving range and half-way house began soon after.
The first phase of the golf course construction was completed in mid-2006 and golfers from near and far are already enjoying the club facilities.
