SPA Motorcycle Ltd., the sole distributor for Suzuki brand motorcycles in Myanmar was established in 1994. It has now become a major distributor of locally assembled Suzuki motorcycles and automobiles. Since 1999, SPA Motorcycle managed to set up the largest automobile distribution network with 10 authorized dealers for Suzuki brand vehicles in the country.

Apart from automobile distribution, SPA Motorcycle also runs a number of service centers across the country, equipped with modern facilities and diagnostic instruments. Equipped with such facilities, SPA Motorcycle's highly trained and experienced technicians are able to provide excellent quality after sales services, for all Suzuki products, to meet customers' satisfaction. In July'2004, SPA Motorcycle Ltd. (Mandalay) service centre achieved the 1st model service shop award from Suzuki Motor Corporation’s Motorcycle Service Department.
