SPA Motors ( May Enterprise Ltd. ) was formed in 1999 to manage and operate the Group’s automobile business sector. Later on, the company entered into several joint ventures with the Ministry of Industry (2) to refurbish and distribute farming machineries and tools, and to produce wires and cables.

Currently under the management of SPA Motors are SPA Motorcycles Ltd., the sole distributor of Suzuki brand Motorcycles in Myanmar, Seven Golden Gates Co., Ltd., the official supplier of Nissan vehicles and spare parts in Myanmar, and Yoma Yarzar Co., Ltd., the producer of STREAM and DYNAMIC Motorcycles. The company is also involved in other automobile related projects.
